  • Submission

Variation 2 change ID E3 is the closest option. I've been into the 2GP office this morning and there is no specific clause for this
Provision name and number, or address and map layer name 12.X.1 (as above, there is no specific clause for this)
My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Accept the change
Details 12.X.1 - accept the change As explained above, this clause isn't specific to the proposal but there is no alternative. This is in relation to the rezoning of the property at 41 Burgess Street, Green Island - DP23545. It's not for the entire property. There are two Lot numbers on that title. It's only for Lot 4
Reasons for these views I understand that you won't rezone the entire property to residential at 41 Burgess Street. This property is on two different lot numbers - 1 & 4 My proposal is to change only Lot 4 to residential because: - it's at the farthest away point from the slip hazard of Lot 1 - the property is within metres of current residential zoning - I can see no other reason why Lot 4 won't be considered for residential zoning
