Variation 2 change ID A3 Provision name and number, or address and map layer name Rule 15.7.4 (1) (a) My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Accept the change Details Support the reduction of the minimum site size for General Residential 1 Zone from 500m2 to 400m2. Reasons for these views Because it enables a more efficient use of sites. It acknowledges that many existing sites are below 1000m2, so would be a more difficult consent process to subdivide under the current 500m2 minimum.
