Variation 2 change ID IN13 Provision name and number, or address and map layer name Rezoning of Bayfield Road (Bowling Club) to GR2 My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Reject the change Details Do not rezone Bowling Club to GR2 Reasons for these views Will be too high and will spoil outlook of neighbouring properties around the site. Not healthy to have crowded housing in small area. Bus transport along road - buses are out of scale for size of road. Already a broad area of GR2. Addition of Bowling Club is only because it is up for sale. Will build people out - its a residential area. Don't want roads dug up again for new pipes. If rezoning proceeds, will consider selling own property as will be unpleasant.
