Reasons for these views The new residential rule will mean there will be 81 new subdivisions on Wattie Fox Lane. Including the currently neighbourhood of 6, there will be a total 87 households. If there is at least 2 cars per house hold. There around 194 cars every morning to go in and out of the single access into Wattie Fox Lane which is off Barr Street. I am concerned of the traffic and the current infrastructure of the area. If possible can there be another access into Wattie Fox Lane? Also can and will the council take over Wattie Fox Lane to make it council owned road? These are the concerns i am having as an resident on Wattie Fox Lane.
