This allows the creation of sections down to 400m2, this is high density and would have a detrimental impacts on current residents quality of lifestyle. - More traffic/more noise/impact on native bird habitat The original donation of Bain Reserve was for recreation, is this intent to be discarded I would agree to a rezoning of 'Large lot Residential 1' I would like to see the current 20m strip set aside as a green zone
