Submission
Variation 2 change ID Provision name and number, or address and map layer name RTZ1 My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Accept the change with amendments outlined below Details Reasons for these views Would like the chance to discuss proposal of redevelopment of the new area in Wattie Fox Lane. To be clear, not opposed to the opening up of sections in this area but definitely concerned about the number that it is likely to be (numbers range in 60-80) and would not agree with this. - the number of sections off one road accessing Wattie Fox Lane - the congestion at the bottom entering Barr St with Kenmure road and Kaikorai Valley road would be significant - is it possible to open another entry/exit from Kakorai Valley road? - currently a private road, are the specifications the same as that owned by the council? - could Wattie Fox become council owned? Giving footpaths and street lighting(meaning mailboxes could be at each site) - waste collection currently is at the turning bay in the middle - if this were the only way into the new sections, how would that be possible? Appreciate if we could chat to someone about our concerns. thanks Leah McKay
