  • Submission

    Variation 2 change ID GF11 ?
Provision name and number, or address and map layer name Bain Reserve, DP10300 lot 1, DP12686 lot 1 & 2. Certificate of title 17C/596
My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Accept the change with amendments outlined below
Details Minimum site area for a house is too small. I propose a minimum size of 800 square meters. Also more green reserve area's should be included. The 20 meter wide green border zone adjacent 165 to 205 Wakari Road should be kept as a green reserve and not utilized for roading or other services.
Reasons for these views Regarding the minimum site area for housing, this area is semi rural and allowing such small sections is not in keeping with it. It would become a very dense housing subdivision and dramatically impact existing residents.
