Variation 2 change ID Provision name and number, or address and map layer name My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Accept the change with amendments outlined below Details Reasons for these views Lot 53-100 Scroggs Hill Road separates change GF01 from Ocean View and Brighton. It is more logical to include 53-100 in any change in that area. A large proportion of 53-100 is flat land or of a suitable gradient for building. It is much closer to built up areas of Ocean View and Brighton, and therefore a more logical area to change to higher density building. It seems that Landowners mist affected by the proposed changes in GF01, have not been consulted by Council or informed of their intentions.
