    My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Multiple submission points/decisions outlined below
    Details I accept the changes which are outline in Variation 2 but would like to urge the Council to ensure : - that the required infrastructure (3-Waters) is capable of handling the existing and new development. - that 3-waters is adequately funded to increase capacity
    Reasons for these views The cost to the community of inadequate infrastructure leading to stormwater flooding and sewage overflow is great both to people in terms of money, stress, distress, and lost productivity, and to the environment in terms of pollution and erosion.
