    My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Accept the change with amendments outlined below
    Details GF11 - Accept the change Amendments specific to the site (195 Wakari Road) outlined below: 1. Extend the General Residential 1 Zoning to the top part of the site boundary of 195 Wakari Road (Lot 2 DP 12686) - reasons (please see attached) 2. To remove the historical encumbrance at the residential boundary to the front of the site (195 Wakari Road) - reasons (please see attached) Both of these amendments would provide the most efficient and effective use of the land in its entirety, and would encourage good urban design and ensure maximum opportunities for the development of new homes.
