Variation 2 change ID Provision name and number, or address and map layer name My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Reject the change Details Reasons for these views The council stormwater drain goes through our property and is unable to cope with the existing stormwater from Ross street and results in flooding part of our property every time it rains. The DCC have been notified of this problem however nothing has been addressed. The current stormwater drains are inadequate for the existing residential area of Alison crescent/ Ross street and we believe to increase housing capacity would further impact negatively on the stormwater system.
