Variation 2 change ID Rezoning from General Residential 1 to General Residential 2 - Prestwick Street - IN09 Provision name and number, or address and map layer name Prestwick Street - Numbers 17-39 My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Reject the change Details Retain the General Residential 1 zone for IN09 Reasons for these views Changing the zoning from General Residential 1 to General Residential 2 will include the amount of storm water running down the gully. These extra buildings will impact on the natural gully. Where of present wet weather exercise storm water along with natural spring creates a torrent of water. Removal of mature trees will disturb the ground and natural ecology. Area of Prestwick Street involved is 19-43.
