  • Submission

    Variation 2 change ID
Provision name and number, or address and map layer name
My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Reject the change
Details I do NOT support the changes from General Generation 1 to General Generation 2 to the South side of Alison crescent.
Reasons for these views The boundary of this change bisects Alison Crescent. The south side suffers from the same issues as the North side. The South side of Alison Crescent is a particularly fragile and awkward area for home owners. Compromised drains cause water to flow through property. This was once after a decent rain, now after any precipitation and often lying stagnant in a pond. This began in the 1950s. Drains were broken when Alison crescent was raised, to allow it to run into Harcourt Street. I do not support any increased density in housing in Alison crescent.
