Details F3 - reject the change
Reasons for these views I purchased my section with the understanding that the farmland behind my section was not fit for building and would remain as farmland. Adding more sections to this area would create more issues and congestion around the 3 Green Island round abouts, there can still be quite a lot of congestion in the area even now let alone adding my sections into the area. The entrance for the subdivision would sit very close to the entrance to Sunnyvale Sports Stadium, this corner can also be quite dangerous at the best of times without adding more through traffic to the area We also have a good amount of native birds that frequent the area which If there was more housing built would disappear.
