    Variation 2 change ID IN09
Provision name and number, or address and map layer name
My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Accept the change with amendments outlined below
Details Properties adjacent to Brent Street, Baxter Street, Henry Street, Brownville Terrace (and streets of similar widths) should not be rezoned to General Residential 2 from General Residential 1. Wider streets can be rezoned.
Reasons for these views I feel these streets cannot support any increased traffic from increased density of houses. Henry Street and Brownville Terrace already only have parking on one side and on that side the footpath is now used exclusively for cars. This is true for any narrow street in suburban Dunedin, not just those in Maori Hill.
