Variation 2 change ID RTZ2 Provision name and number, or address and map layer name My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Reject the change Details Reasons for these views As a farming resident of many years at 88 Selwyn St I cannot imagine all the effects that this zoning change would have on the wildlife, natural beauty, ecosystem, topography, tranquility and well being of valley people. How would the effects to Linsay creek, the extra noise, the traffic, the infrastructure be mitigated. It simply is not the right place for intensive housing.
