    Variation 2 change ID A1, E7
Provision name and number, or address and map layer name A1: Rule 5.5.2 and 5.5.14, E7: Long-stay areas for people living in transportable homes
My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Accept the change
Details A1 - Accept the change E7 - Accept the change
Reasons for these views A1: Amending family flats provisions to remove the limitation on tenancy makes good sense. Also, renaming family flats ‘ancillary residential units’ and amending the policy makes good sense as well. E7: Making changes to the plan to include provision for long-stay areas for people living in transportable homes within the definition of campgrounds and a related change to the definition of visitor accommodation makes good sense, however, people with transportable homes should be allowed to live permanently in designated areas, if they wish. In that case, the word,"long-stay", may be incorrect and should be replaced with another, more appropriate one.
