Submission
Variation 2 change ID A2, A3 Provision name and number, or address and map layer name 6 Park Road, Warrington. submitting against propsed change of density, size of sections, increase of housing density My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Reject the change Details F3 - reject the change Reasons for these views I am concerned for the environmental effect of change being made to this land. Since bluesman Bay Area is habitat to a vast amount of wildlife and I feel as though the change to this section would have adverse effect on the ecosystems of Blueskin bay as there are many subdivisions built around the edges of the bay there are less and less areas for native and non native species to inhabit. This area where the proposed change is to be made is home to many Herron, paradise ducks, insects and other native animals of Blueskin Bay. Another reason for my views is that Warrington is a small village on the outskirts of Dunedin which many residents love due to it's small rural area where many city people go to get some peace and quiet from the city, hence, it does not need development or to be made into another small city.
