Submission
Variation 2 change ID GF12 Provision name and number, or address and map layer name My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Reject the change Details I do have multiple points but due to health issues from planning blunders still affecting my home, including significant flooding and damage to my home and property, I am unable to provide all the details with such a deadline. Reasons for these views Significant damage to my home and property from developments in the area, that the DCC have not yet fixed. Corners cut on drainage, roading, and unsafe accesses. Still subjected to water proven by DCC dye test two Decembers ago. That also still affect Pleasant Place and Birchfield Ave properties and infrastructure, every time it rains. I feel no confidence the situation will not worsen for my own and all downhill properties, after 3 years of constant flooding of silt, mud and water and vibration damage to my property every time it rained, that is still creating damage to this day. I have become nearly bedridden constantly as a result and only get a reprieve if I leave my home for extended nights away and do not venture into my downstairs, under my home, and run a dehumidifier constantly (did not need one prior, ran two while the 3 years of flooding continued, and one ever since - it is emptied nearly daily including during dry weather). A covenant should have protected my home from the situation, and the DCC ignored it despite having used it as an excuse to not allow builds prior. I have multiple images backing the multiple events and damage.
