Variation 2 change ID NDMA 14 Provision name and number, or address and map layer name 34 Ettrick St, GR1, My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Multiple submission points/decisions outlined below Details We feel that the market conditions indicate that it is appropriate to transfer the Residential Transition portion of our property, to General Residential 1. We support the proposed lot sizes in this zone to 400m². We don't support the Stormwater Management Plan requirements. Reasons for these views We are supportive of the notion of the city remaining compact and accessible. We feel that the development of this and adjoining sites is in keeping with this policy; as the site lies between two established suburbs. Please see the attached document regarding our concerns in regard to stormwater provisions. Please see the attached "Supporting Document".
