Kia ora from Tomahawk-Smaills BeachCare Trust. We would like to thank DCC for the installation of speed humps at Smaills beach. We feel that these have helped slow traffic and made the road safer for pedestrians and sea lions. There is more needing to be done to further improve road safety in the area and we look forward to continuing the discussion with Council. We attach a written submission for consideration.
