Your kerb build-outs are a never-ending nightmare for cyclists, forcing us suddenly (and unexpectedly, especially for motorists) into lanes supposedly shared with cars. The occasional 10-meter painted cycle lanes often accompanying these build-outs are a complete joke. If you actually want to facilitate cycling along this route, you will need to eliminate some parks. If you are not willing to do that, then be honest and drop the pretense that you are improving cycling infrastructure.
