Looks great to me. I particularly like the idea of making St David's Street one way all the way through to the Uni. I live at the north end of George Street and often bike into town for work. St David's Street is the best connection through to the SH1 cycle lanes from George Street: You don't (or at least very rarely) have to turn across traffic to get on to Cumberland Street (c.f., Dundas, Howe, and Albany).
