If the whole street is enforced at 30kph, there should be better options for almost all the junctions: The treatment of the cycleways is particularly poorly thought out. As an example, the crossing outside George Street Normal School... what is going on? Diverting Cyclists on the pavement just at the point where there will be school children waiting to cross? Run the cycle lanes along the road - make it a shared space and stop treating it all as an exercise to prioritise the motorists - SH1 is only a block or two away.
