I would like to see pedestrians have right of way when crossing over streets that connect onto George Street (such as Dundas Street, St David Street) I know this is possibly easier said than done at a local level but just wanted to put it out there anyway. I know that in Canada pedestrians have right of way over vehicles turning in/ out of streets. A reduction in speed and raised platforms at the intersections will definitely help with feeling safer from cars speeding around corners. Thank you. About roundabouts- as a pedestrian I find it extremely disconcerting when vehicles go right over the roundabout. It makes them even less predictable and I feel even less safe trying to cross over roads next to it.
