I am not really into specified cycle lanes, I think it is good idea to try to improve the bus stops, but making a big step and the cycle lane around that sounds really bad in practice. For the raised banks around intersection to shrink it, that is really dangerous for bikes that are quite always pushed on the side and that quite often pass between the yellow poles placed to mark the bank size. every step on the side of the road is really bad as when you cycle you can escape on the side if there is an issue on the road, or a driver that turn sharper inexpectingly. Having a bit of marging to manoeuvre is quite important. Also, around the roundabout you didn't make any crossing easier for pedestrians, I think you should have a look at the people movement as there is a lot of students that live in this area and people parked farer that also cross the street over there. For the st david, if you can make 2 ways for cyclists and 1 way of cars why not (done in some cities in europe)
