I fail to see the need for any change. The status quo works fine as it has done for many years. As as council you seem to be obsessed with disrupting the flow of traffic with ridiculous roundabouts that only small vehicles can get round and humps and bumps all over the city. We are not a highly populated city that warrants your proposals nor are we a city of high cyclist numbers. As a property owner in St David St I strongly reject it being one way and/or not being able to turn into George St. Your proposals will lower the value of my property. This and the proposed speed limit changes do absolutely nothing to encourage people to visit this city nor those who live here go into town. How do you propose to encourage retail to our city because at the moment it is business after business closing down
