In lane bus stops are the most ridiculous idea I have ever heard of. Traffic needs to flow. 30 km speed limit will increase carbon emissions. Ice engines operate between 1000 & 1500 rpm whether stationary or up to 50 kmph so reducing the limit will increase co2 20%
