I strongly disagree with removing the ability to exit from St David into George Street. It is already difficult to navigate around that area with existing one-way streets and state highway systems. Please keep St David st as a two way street with entry and exit points at each end, especially as it is home to a medical centre (one of largest practices in Dunedin) where patients attending appointments create a continual contribution to a lot of traffic movement in and out of that section. The proposed changes to St David St will create further unnecessary congestion and traffic movements to access general practice on a daily basis.
