If the speed limit were lowered to 30 kmh, it would be preferable to have vehicle/cycle integrated lanes. The narrow painted cycle lanes, as used in North East Valley, are very dangerous for cyclists, pedestrians, and car users. Also, cyclists passing in lane buses on the LH side while loading/unloading could cause problems.
