I oppose all these changes. Each roading proposal by this council is specifically designed to eliminate parking and reduce the timely flow of traffic. Each seems to involve massive kerb protrusions which are a menace to every road user. And one way on St David St is just another attempt to eliminate motorists completely from Dunedin streets.
