Focus on speeding up buses and not swinging in and out of bus stops.
Remove few parks, 1 park wide for in lane stops, or remove more stops.
Many students walk from halls and flats to University, make that safer.
Make cul de sac on st David, do not allow access from George St, there are many parks off that part of St David. Do not channel that traffic along George St.
Try to discourage through traffic in front of George St School.
