Please stop catering to loud business owners who are scared of change. This connection between the SH1 and harbour cycleway is necessary and long overdue. The vast majority of students do not drive and none expect valuable public spcae to be wasted on carparks servicing private businesses. Please just get on with building the cycleway:)
