As a business owner in Moray Place, all I can see it doing is making people choose to park elsewhere in the free zone.
So instead of turnover I can see it being unused. Seriously, give the city a break for one day from parking charges.
As it has been since time began! Just another revenue stream for DCC as far as I can see.
I for one will not pay for parking on a Sunday. I will go to the free zone.
Please give us retailers a break! And as for poor residents.....
