People in Dunedin already struggle to pay rates, and often come to Dunedin on Sunday because they don't have the financial pressure to pay for parking. This is going to affect retailers terribly.

This is a travesty. Councillors seeking re-election need to consider how unpopular the council already is, and throw the struggling people of this city some financial incentive to keep on living here.
