Added to our submission, you need to note that the sign on the poles outside the library are ambiguous as it says "Parking changes coming to this area" with the DCC website address, it does NOT say 'Parking time changes coming to this area.' People have said when they went online or made a written submission at the library, they are presented with 2 images which show the whole change with small arrows with times on them.
