Yes, remove 231 Stuart Street from the list of strategic assets (this is our preferred option)
Do you have any comments about 231 Stuart Street?

Should we charge an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) for international visitors aged 16 and over, at Toitū and Dunedin Public Art Gallery?
Yes, introduce an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) (this is our preferred option)
Do you have any comments about the entry fee for international visitors?
These visitors bring a huge strain to the infrastructure. If they can pay to get here, they should be meaningfully contributing to their costs as guests - it is not our job to pick up their slack.
Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
Add / increase tourism levies for the cruise ship people. All of the infrastructure and environmental costs that they incur are externalised to us.
Local Water Done Well feedback
Which water services delivery model do you support?
The Council’s preferred option: an in-house delivery model
Why did you choose this option?
Having worked closely with the DCC 3 Waters team, I have a high degree of trust in their abilities to integrate mana whenua values into the kaupapa.
Do you have any other feedback related to the proposed water services delivery models?
Keep up the level of mana whenua engagement, and keep building on it
