    My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Accept the change with amendments outlined below
    Details Rezone the land at 231 Signal Hill Rd as residential, possibly large lot residential. D3 accept the rezoning of 235 Signal Hill Rd as proposed. Rezone 235 Signal Hill Rd land as residential, possibly large lot.
    Reasons for these views These parcels of land are not useful in any way for farming. They lend themselves to the sort of residential use which is a transition from residential to rural, being at the edge of the services provided by Council. Large lot residential allows for the Council not to be required to provide sewage. The city needs more residential land. There is a significant demand for the larger residential lots near town.
