Variation 2 change ID Provision name and number, or address and map layer name My/our submission seeks the following decision from the Council: Accept the change Details Reasons for these views Well social housing needs strong support and other types of accomodation are required . For example we can have medium density and normal 800m2 (approx) side by side and housing that better suits people whom only need small 1bedroom etc spaces. Not student flats in non student areas but small houses. We need more greenfield sites or subdivisions to put a lid on prices.
