    Reasons for these views A2, A3, B1, B3, B4, B6, E9 Supporting 2 residential units per 500m², but arguing that the form is somewhat limiting for sites with existing dwelling i.e. what is the benefit of being within a single building or in the form of a duplex. A2-Alt1 - A2-Alt2 would support two stand-alone sub-dividable dwellings on 500m² section
